OUR POLICIES

As our punctuality is important, so is yours. Please arrive 10/15 minutes prior to your appointment time, especially if this is your first time with us. You will need to fill up an intake form on your first visit. Please inform us of any appropriate information concerning your health.

Arriving early will allow you to sip some tea and unwind before your session.

It would be better to try not to eat at least 1 hour before a session. Avoid consuming alcohol before any treatment. Drink plenty of water especially after any treatment as this will encourage the body to cleanse and detoxify.

Please remove any jewelry or sharp objects before a treatment. Note that for a Reiki treatment, you may use lose and comfortable clothing.

CELL PHONES

Please turn off your cell phones and pagers before a treatment. If you are expecting an emergency call, please let us know and leave your phone on vibrate mode.

BOOKING
You can book you appointment on site, by phone or e-mail. If you are running late please give us a call and we will accommodate you to the remaining time left. We have a 24 hr cancellation policy or the appointment will be charged to you at full payment. You will also be charged if you fail to show up for the appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We have gift certificates available at your request. They are not redeemable for cash and upon booking a session with the gift certificate the same booking and cancellation policy applies to the gift certificate. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen and used by an unauthorized person.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and checks.

GRATUITY
Our prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity is at your discretion. We are confident that you will be entirely satisfied, but if for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please let us know. We are here to serve you and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Services may be denied at our discretion. Prices and Treatments are subjected to change without previous notice.
